This instant pot Tuscan chicken is a delightful dish and has its own perks. It gives a great pleasure to your family. Use of creamy garlic sauce makes it more amazing.
The Instant Pot chicken Alfredo recipe is similar and you can try it as well if you want to difersify.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts skinless
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 12 ounce penne pasta
- 6 ounce cream cheese softened & cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 8 ounce sun dried tomatoes chopped & drained
- 4 ounce baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Turn on the instant pot and select sauté.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil in the instant pot.
- Add in chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place them on a plate.
- Add butter, onion in the pot and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add in chicken broth, milk, seasoning, pasta and chicken breasts.
- Close the lid of the instant pot and set valve to sealing.
- Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 5 minutes, release the pressure quickly through steam vent.
- Open the lid of the instant pot.
- Place chicken on a plate and tent it with foil.
- Add in cream cheese and stir continuously till meted.
- Add tomatoes, parmesan cheese, spinach, salt, pepper and stir well.
- Chop the chicken and place it back in the pot.
- Stir well, serve hot and enjoy.
