Instant Pot Garlicky Spinach

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped finely
  • 1 1/4 lb fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Salt and ground black pepper as required
  • Add the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Now, add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Press “Cancel” and stir in the spinach, fish sauce, water, salt and black pepper.
  • Select “Steam” and just use the default time of 1 minute. 
  • Press “Cancel” and do a quick release.
  • Carefully, remove the lid and select the “Sauté”.
  • Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Press “Cancel” and serve hot.
