  1. Corrie, I have to disagree with some of your side dish choices with the Tuscan Chicken pasta. All the Carb laden sides. I:e mashed potatoes, rice & even risotto are way too heavy with the already carb filled, heavy meal.
    Best suggestion is to sick with a light salad and maybe the Italian bread or garlic bread.
    Also you typically would serve other Italian/ Tuscan meals with sides that are same flavor profile. Mashed potatoes, sorry doesn’t go with this flavor profile.
    Your recipe for the Tuscan chicken sounds good and will try it, I’ll just stick with my side choices.
