Instant Pot Beets
- 5 whole fresh beets unpeeled, with the ends trimmed off
- 1 1/2 cups water
Place a trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
Transfer the beets on the trivet and secure the lid.
Cook under “Manual” and “High Pressure” for about 8 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and release the pressure naturally.
Dish out the beets and serve with your favorite topping.
