Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb carrots chopped
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Pour water into your Instant Pot and add the carrots.
  • Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • When cooking is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  • Add honey and butter and mash the carrots until you can a smooth texture.
  • Serve warm and enjoy 🙂
