  • pound brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup vegetable broth
  • Marinate the brussels sprouts with butter, ginger-garlic paste, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Put the marinated Brussels sprouts and broth in the Instant pot.
  • Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” at “High Pressure” for 10 minutes.
  • Release the pressure naturally and dish out.
