Ingredients

brussels sprouts
¼
cup
butter
melted
1
teaspoon
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
dijon mustard
1
cup
vegetable broth
or chicken stock or water
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, dijon mustard, salt and pepper with the Brussels sprouts.
Add the marinated brussels sprouts into the Instant Pot, press saute and saute for 3 minutes while stirring.
Add the vegetable broth into the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Serve and enjoy :)
Notes
You don't have to trim the Brussels sprouts. Just make sure to clean them off and then season.
You might be tempted to use frozen Brussels sprouts for this recipe. Don't. Fresh is best as frozen will get soggy.
Feel free to change up the seasoning. For example you can remove the Dijon mustard and add chopped onion instead.
