Instant Pot Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
- 2 slices wright bacon diced
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 shallot diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts uncooked and cut into halves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Add bacon in an instant pot and press sauté, cook for around 7 minutes until it is brown and crispy.
Add shallots, Brussels sprouts and garlic into it and cook for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
Add broth, pepper and salt.
Close the lid and cook for 3 minutes on manual “high” pressure.
Release the pressure quickly.
Stir it and serve.
