Baking is always a long process, but with the help of your Instant Pot, it becomes accessible and feasible even during a busy week.
This banana bread is something you must try. It is made with delicious bananas, almond flour, and brown sugar. It is very moist, soft, and it is quite similar to Instant Pot Cheesecake. The bread is full of flavor and the orange zest gives a nice touch that breaks up all the sweetness and balances the aroma.
Once you prepare the bread and cook it in your Instant Pot allow it to cool completely before removing it from the baking pan. Once cooled the bread is ready for slicing and serving.

How to get a crispy crust on the bread?
If you want some extra crispiness you can toast the bread for 3 minutes on 400-450°F.

Excellent flavor... not overly dry in the middle but cooked. Used my Mealthy Crisplid for 5mins. Top didn't brown but that's ok with us. Will make again.
Hi Corrie, my instant pot did not include a trivit. Can you pls guide me as to where I can buy a silicone one online, as the inside of the pot is a non stick finish and I don't want to scratch it.
Thanks in advance.
Hey Jackie, check out this guide : https://www.corriecooks.com/instant-pot-trivet/
Second time I have tried this dish – absolutely delicious! Thanks ever so much for this.
Of course, I'm so glad you love the recipe! 🙂
What type of pan do you have that fits in your instant pot?
I followed the recipe but I used the powdery brown sugar that you pack in, I didn’t know there was granulated brown sugar. It came out dense and a little sticky/chewy. Is it because of the “wrong” sugar or do you have any suggestions?
Look so Delicious ... Thinking about it for the weekend...and with some Vegan Ice Cream..❤️
Sounds delicious! I hope you enjoy it!
Think about this for the weekend..❤️
From a newbie guy cook: I followed this recipe to the letter and it came out very dense & rubbery, ended up in the garbage & I'm left with a bunch of dirty dishes and no banana bread. Searched other recipes & found that the mix should ge stirred minimally or surprise- it turns out dense and rubbery. Most also suggest covering the pan with foil to cut down moisture.
I'm sorry the recipe didn't turn out the way you'd hoped. Stirring minimally is a great tip to avoid a dense bread!
