Can I reduce the sugar..?
Upto how much, if ever..
can i make this in a crock pot
I have already peeled the oranges (did that before looking at recipes) and put 16 cups of super juicy blood navel oranges in there. What do you recommend I do to get a good jam? Thanks!
Sounds great! You could probably lower the water a little bit if they are super juicy. Just add sugar and cook down according to these instructions and you should get a delicious jam.
Do you set the pot to boil or sauté function while you stir the sugar & oranges until juiced? Tks.
I'm doing it on saute mode.
Do I need to chop the oranges, peel them? Take out the seeds?
I cut them and use the peel as well. But it's up to you 🙂
