Gather the necessary ingredients.
Take a bowl, pour lemon juice, add chives, garlic, pepper, honey, sesame seeds, and mix.
Add asparagus, green beans, peas, and water to the instant pot.
Pressure cook at high for 2 minutes.
Do a quick release.
