Instant Pot Garlic Pork
- 1 pound pork
- 10 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can (28 oz.) beef stock
- 2 tomatoes crushed
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cilantro
Put the olive oil and onions in the instant pot and select “Sauté”.
Sauté for 2 minutes and add minced garlic.
Sauté for 1 minute and add the pork.
Sauté for 2 minutes on each side and add rest of the ingredients.
Close the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 45 minutes at high pressure.
Release the pressure naturally and garnish with cilantro.
