Can you add mushrooms, carrots, cauliflower, onions, and broccoli? If so will I need to add more time or will it cook in same time?
Sure, sounds delicious! In 12 minutes, the broccoli and cauliflower may be a bit overcooked and mushy, but the carrots, mushrooms, and onions will taste delicious. If you don't mind very soft broccoli and cauliflower that's great too, or you can cook it separately and add in later.
I would like to use chicken breast tenders. Would tge time be different than with chicken breasts?
Since tenders are smaller than full chicken breasts, you could reduce the cooking time. Cook only about 3 minutes on each side, and set the Instant Pot to 8 minutes, that should do it!
