  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 cups cooked egg noodles
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup onion chopped


  • Add 2 tablespoon of butter into the instant pot
  • Put the pot on Sautee for 7 minutes
  • Add 8 oz of mushrooms and 2 garlic cloves into the pot
  • Mix the ingredients
  • Add beef and all the remaining ingredients.
