Frozen beef - I typically cook ½ pound at a time. This helps it cook quickly without an excessive amount of grease.
Salt & pepper - To taste.
Oil - You can use olive oil, coconut oil, or even avocado oil. This is what you'll saute the beef in.
How to make Instant Pot Frozen Ground Beef?
It couldn't be easier to get started! Just gather up the short list of ingredients, and you're literally almost done!
Step One: Press the saute button on the Instant Pot. Set the timer for 10 minutes.
Step Two: Add the frozen beef and the olive oil.
Add salt and black pepper.
Step Three: Stir and break apart the meat as you cook it. Cook until the meat is browned all the way.
