Instructions
Add 2 tablespoon of butter into the Instant Pot and press "saute".
Add 8 oz of mushrooms and 2 garlic cloves into the pot and stir well.
Add beef and all the remaining ingredients.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
Open the lid, serve and enjoy :)

Notes
You can use cooked egg noodles. If you are doing so, just stir them with the sauce for 2 minutes. No need for pressure cooking.
