This banana bread is something you must try. It is made with delicious bananas, almond flour, and brown sugar. It is very moist, soft, and it is quite similar to Instant Pot Cheesecake. The bread is full of flavor and the orange zest gives a nice touch that breaks up all the sweetness and balances the aroma.
Once you prepare the bread and cook it in your Instant Pot allow it to cool completely before removing it from the baking pan. Once cooled the bread is ready for slicing and serving.

I just made this banana bread recipe and it was delicious, I substituted 1/2 cup almond flour and 1/2 cup coconut flour and 1/2 cup rice flour instead of 1 1/2 cups of pure almond flour . It was spectacular, can't believe this was made in instant pot, I also added a bit of vanilla extract.
This recipe sounds wonderful and I look forward to making it today! In step number 8 you mention a "trivet". Is this something that came with my instant pot? I want to be sure what I put in there is safe. Can you elaborate more as to what I should put in there for a trivet? Thanks
Yes. You can use the metal trivet that you got with your Instant Pot.
If u don't have a instant pot can u make the banana bread in a crock pot instead?
Yes, As long as it has pressure cooker function.

Where in the recipe does it say to add the almond milk?
On step 3. I missed it for some reason. Thank you for letting me know :]
hello Corrie can this recipe be made with gluten free flour?
Of course you can use gluten-free all-purpose flour in this recipe according to your convenience.
The recipe is based on almond flour which is gluten-free...
Yes, that's true. But some people might have nut and gluten allergies, so they might want to use a gluten-free flour blend. Or maybe it's just what you happen to have on hand! Either will work.
