Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together ground chicken, garlic, butter salt and pepper.
  • Create small balls and place aside.
  • Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and press "saute".
  • Saute the chicken meatballs on each side until brown.
  • Add tomato sauce and close the lid.
  • Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
  • Open the lid and serve 🙂

  1. My family loves these. Sometimes I use ground turkey, sometimes beef and sometimes meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal). They’re fool proof. I use an ice cream scoop to form my meatballs. Much less rolling needed to get a good ball. Multiple dipping sauces make these wonderful hors d’oeuvres!
