How to make Instant Pot Chicken Meatballs
Gather the necessary ingredients.
Take a bowl and add ground chicken to it.
Add salt, black pepper, melted butter, and minced garlic cloves.
Mix the ground chicken and make small balls out of it.
Now take your Instant Pot, Saute it for 5 minutes, and pour olive oil.
Add meatballs to the Instant Pot and let them become brown.
Now add tomato sauce.
Set the pot to High Pressure for 6 minutes.
Do a Natural Release afterward.
Dish out and serve hot.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl mix together ground chicken, garlic, butter salt and pepper.
- Create small balls and place aside.
- Add olive oil to the Instant Pot and press "saute".
- Saute the chicken meatballs on each side until brown.
- Add tomato sauce and close the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release.
