Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen meatballs fully cooked
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Pour water into your Instant Pot.
  • Place the steamer rack inside your Instant Pot and fill it with the meatballs.
  • Close the lid and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release.
  • Once done, drain your meatballs and set aside.
  • Discard water from your Instant Pot and pour BBQ sauce and grape jelly.
  • Press “Sauté” and cook for a couple of minutes, until you obtain a smooth sauce.
  • Add the meatballs and stir thoroughly and saute for 1 more minute.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  2. These are great. Instead of BBQ sauce, I used chile sauce. It looks like ketchup but more flavorful. It's sold in the ketchup section.

    1. I agree with the chile sauce, and also recommend currant jelly, if you can find it. More of a 'grown-up' taste, but kids still like it. (At least those in my extended family)
