Olive oil - Needed to help cook the turkey meat. Coconut oil or any type of cooking oil will work just fine.
Ground turkey - You can use fresh or frozen turkey meat.
Garlic cloves - Minced garlic cloves are best, but garlic powder will work, too.
Salt - To taste.
Dried parsley - Dried parsley pairs well with the other ingredients.
Black pepper - To taste.
Cumin - Adding cumin helps to give the recipe depth and warmth.
Carrots and peas - These are our favorite veggies to pair with the meat.
Corn - Fresh or frozen corn is fine. Canned corn that is drained could work fine as well.
Tomato sauce - To add richness and acidity to the recipe.
How to make Instant Pot Ground Turkey

Step One: Add the ground turkey, oil, and garlic and Saute for 5 minutes in the Instant Pot.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 garlic cloves chopped

Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like there's no pressure cooking this, you are just cooking the turkey like you would in a saute pan, correct?
