How to make Instant Pot Scalloped Potatoes

Step One: Peel and cut the potatoes.
Step Two: Chop the garlic cloves.
Step Three: Add the potatoes, chicken broth, and spices to the Instant Pot. Set the pot to HIGH Pressure for 1 minute.

- 5 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon oregano
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ½ tablespoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup cheddar cheese
- cilantro for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the sliced potatoes inside the Instant Pot.
- Add the chicken broth and garlic powder and put on the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 1 minutes.
- When the cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
