Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon butter divided
- 1 ½ lb pork chops
- ½ cup water
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
- 6 cup spinach
Instructions
- Press saute and add 3 tablespoon of butter.
- Add pork chops and saute on both sides until brown.
- Take out the pork chops.
- Add water and ranch seasoning an stir well.
- Add pork chops and 2 tablespoon butter on top of the pork chops.
- Close the lid and cook on low pressure for 5 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
- Take out the pork chops.
- Add spinach to the Instant Pot let it warm for 1 minute.
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
This recipe looks awesome and so delicious!! I am going to try it with escarole, collard greens or mustard greens...or maybe Swiss chard. I do love the taste of spinach, but with pork, I better like the bitter/tart taste that comes from those other greens
