Cabbage doesn’t please everyone, and children are the most reluctant. To reconcile the whole family with this food with the particular flavor, here are a quick recipes to try at home.
Cabbages are part of the Cruciferous family. And there are many: cauliflower, green cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, broccoli, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage and more. All very healthy and you can make your family eat some, you’ll do them a big favor.
This cabbage I made, is beautiful to look at and works great as a healthy side dish.
- 1 cabbage in quarter
- 1 big onion
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- Place the cabbages and the rest of the ingredients in the steamer basket of the pressure cooker and close the lid and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Release the pressure immediately, open de lid
