Take the Instant Pot and add Kale to it.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb fresh kale tough ends removed and chopped roughly
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  • Place kale and water into the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, do a quick pressure release.
  • Take out the kale and drain all the water from the Instant Pot (It should be empty).
  • Press "saute" and add olive oil.
  • Add kale, salt and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy 🙂
