Ingredients

  • lb apples peeled and cut into halves
  • 750 g honey

Instructions

  1. Add apples and honey in an instant pot, adjust it on manual “low”.

  2. Stir continuously until honey is liquefied. 

  3. Adjust on manual “high” and boil until foamy bubbles are formed around apples

  4. Close with the lid and seal, cook on manual “high” for 2 minutes.

  5. Release the pressure naturally

  6. Remove the lid and boil it on medium heat.

  7. Cook until the mixture reaches the gelling point

  8. Place in sterilized jars and refrigerate.
