Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup carrots and peas frozen
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar jack cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Press "saute" and add olive oil.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, ground beef, corn, frozen vegetables, cumin, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper and stir well for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce and stir until beef is brown.
  • Fill the bell peppers with the stuffing.
  • Clean the bottom of the Instant Pot and place the air fryer basket.
  • Spray with cooking oil and place the bell peppers in the basket.
  • Cover with the air fryer lid and Air Fryer at 375 °F for 5 minutes.
  • Open the lid and add shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover with the air fryer lid and Air Fryer at 375 °F for another 5 minutes.
  • Open the lid and take out the bell peppers.
  • Cut eyes, mouth and any other thing you like using knife.
  • Decorate, serve and enjoy 🙂
