Press "saute" and add the olive oil, ground turkey, and garlic. Mix until the turkey meat is cooked.
Once the turkey turns a bit white, add salt, pepper, cumin, and stir well for 2 minutes. Make sure that you're storing using a wooden spoon.
Add the vegetables, corn and tomato sauce. Mix well for 2 minutes.

Cooked turkey meat tends to turn more white in color, so keep that in mind when you're sauteeing it. You don't want to overcook it and have it be dried out.
This recipe is really versatile, so you can add all sorts of veggies. Sliced onions and mushrooms would be other great ideas!
Ground turkey will taste a bit differently in terms of texture, and this is because it's just a different type of meat than beef or pork. If you overcook it, it may break down a bit as well, causing it to seem like it's mushier than normal.
If the meat is frozen, you may have to increase the cooking time slightly to cook it, but it shouldn't be by a lot.
