Instant Pot Granola is one of the simplest recipes to make. This delicious vegan recipe does not take hours and hours in the kitchen to prepare. Instant pot will do everything for you in a few minutes. Furthermore, the ingredients are cheap and affordable. All the ingredients you need for this recipe are simple and easy to find compared to other similar recipes out there.
Dried Apples and mangoes are the star ingredients that can be used in various ways – as toppings in a recipe, adding flavor, and providing a source of vitamins that benefit your health.
Rolled Oats - old-fashioned
Nuts- Slashed nuts contribute an extra sweetness to this recipe and make it even more dessert. Besides its flavor value, slashed nuts also contribute a high fats and proteins caloric ratio.
Raisins - Adding at least ¼ cup of Raisins can further improve the texture and intensify its taste quality. For instance, if raisins are not available to you or you don't like to opt for the recipe, then you can also use cranberries as an alternate ingredient.
Cinnamon Powder - The Sinnamon powder has been revered through the centuries for its sweet-hot flavor and its strong scent. One teaspoon of the Sinnamon powder will not only add fragrance to this recipe but will also fortify its delicious taste without masking the original flavor. How to make
The following is the step by step guide that will lead you to make a delicious recipe for Instant Pot Granola:
First of all, get all the ingredients together on the same spot.
Add the rolled oats into a bowl.
Add half a cup of nuts.
Add ½ cup of dried mangoes followed by half cup of dried apple.
Add some raisins for the incredible flavor.
Add cranberries, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Add salt and cinnamon powder.
Add olive oil vanilla extract and maple syrup, and mix all well till all the ingredients are completely blended.
Place the air fryer basket inside the Instant Pot and pour the mixture inside.
If you want, you can place aluminium foil or baking paper inside the basket and then add the granola mixture.
Cover with the Air Fryer Lid, and BAKE at 400 °F for 20 minutes.

Instant Pot Granola
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup nuts
