Which milk to use?
For this recipe we are using rice milk, so we can get a vegan porridge.
Feel free to use oat milk, almond milk or even cow milk. Cooking time stays the same.

Basically we are using milk, buchwheat groats, vanilla extract, cinnamon and banana.
How to serve
Feel free to add banana, almonds, raisins, strawberry, yogurt and anything you like.

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw buckwheat groats
- 3 cups rice milk
- 1 banana sliced
- ยผ cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ยฝ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Rinse buckwheat and place in the Instant Pot.
- Add rice milk, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla and banana and stir.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release (or for at least 20 minutes).
- Open the lid and stir well.
- Add toppings and serve ๐

Yes the key to the recipe is only add 3.1 ratio or you can make a double batch 6.2 ratio don't add more liquid
It will turn mushy if you do.
