You can use Rolled Oats as well as both rolled oats and steel-cut oats are high in protein, fiber, and nutrients and are a healthy choice.

Steel-cut oats are better than rolled oats.. It’s just that it takes a longer time to cook them.

That’s where the Instant Pot comes in!

What else I can add to my recipe?

Use soy milk, almond milk or any nut milk instead of water.

The oats will be a bit watery when you remove the lid from the pot, but they will continue to thicken over time, so don’t worry.

For this recipe I used 4.5 cups of water.

Use 4 cups of water if you want thick mixture and 5 cups of water if you want thin mixture.
