Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork
  • 10 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can (28 oz.) beef stock
  • 2 tomatoes crushed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cilantro

Instructions

  • Put the olive oil and onions in the instant pot and select “Sauté”.
  • Sauté for 2 minutes and add minced garlic.
  • Sauté for 1 minute and add the pork.
  • Sauté for 2 minutes on each side and add rest of the ingredients.
  • Close the lid and set the instant pot to “Manual” and cook for 45 minutes at high pressure.
  • Release the pressure naturally and garnish with cilantro.
