  • 1 ½ lb carrots chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Pour water into your Instant Pot and correctly place the steamer basket.
  • Arrange your chopped carrots into the steamer basket.
  • Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quickly release the steam.
  • Place steamed carrots in a large bowl and add honey and melted butter.
  • Mix with an immersion blender to obtain a smooth texture.
  • Serve warm.
