  1. 5 stars
on the basil, is that fresh basil or can you use dried basil and how much for either one. It just says 1/4 (of what)

  2. What is ‘special steak?’ Is it a regional name for a specific cut of beef? It looks so lean in your photos and videos that I would like to find that cut. It doesn’t look like a chuck, more like a round or sirloin? Thanks for enlightening me and maybe others.

    1. By that I just mean use a premium cut of beef. And I believe it is a chuck eye round steak or something similar.
