This receipy calls for 1 lb of chopped pork meat (in ingredients)
Yet in the method it calls for pork chops to be rubbed with the curry paste.
I am confused. Can I combine the coconut milk with the curry paste and pour that over the cubed pork?
The curry Milk separated into water and whey.
It should come back together if you stir it, right? Does it taste good?
