Instant Pot Salmon Teriyaki
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Take a bowl, add water, soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar.
Whisk well to combine.
Place salmon in a pan and pour the mixture over it.
Now add 1 cup water to instant pot and place pan in the instant pot.
Close the lid and seal the knob.
Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 8 minutes, release the pressure quickly
Serve with rice, veggies or anything you like.
