Instant Pot Salmon Teriyaki

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar


  1. Take a bowl, add water, soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. 

  2. Whisk well to combine.

  3. Place salmon in a pan and pour the mixture over it.

  4. Now add 1 cup water to instant pot and place pan in the instant pot. 

  5. Close the lid and seal the knob.

  6. Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 8 minutes, release the pressure quickly

  7. Serve with rice, veggies or anything you like.
