Instructions
Add the fresh kale into the Instant Pot. Make sure that it's trimmed and ready to go.
Pour in the water.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Once the time has passed, do a quick release and scoop out the cooked kale. Add it to a strainer to drain off any excess water.
Put the cooked and drained kale back in the Instant Pot and add the olive oil.
Add the salt and minced garlic and stir.
Press "saute", stir, and saute for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy :)

There are many different colors and types of kale. This simple recipe will work with green kale and all types or colors of kale, as well as all types of flavors.
You can easily add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, or some Everything Bagel Seasoning.
If you have leftover green beans, you can always stir those into the mix! Sometimes, I'll add diced onions as well.
As far as toppings are concerned, adding feta cheese crumbles, diced onions, diced jalapenos, and even some balsamic vinaigrette would be good.
