Making Charro Beans in an Instant Pot is simple, easy, and requires no effort. You don’t have to soak the beans for hours like in old times. All you have to do is put the dried beans into the instant pot with some seasonings, and cook for 30 min. That’s all! Enjoy them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Bacon- furnishes the recipes with a crispy texture, saltiness, and fats from starters to entrees to dessert. The addition of bacon in this recipe will satisfy your bacon cravings even more just because of its unmistakable sizzle and smell.
Garlic - is known for its health benefits as it lowers blood pressure and also has antioxidant properties. Using a clove or two of garlic in this recipe will also enhance the flavor of charro beans. I used it in garlic shrimp too and it provides a unique cooking flavor.
