Ingredients
  • 1 lb dry baby lima beans rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  • Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot except parsley.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release for 10 minutes and then open the lid.
  • Serve and enjoy 🙂

  1. Thank you ! This worked out well ! I did added 3 carrots cut up and 3 ribs of celery as well to our baby Lima’s . Made a yummy dinner for my husband and myself !
    The cooking time was perfect .
