Feel free to replace the chicken broth with vegetables stock for a vegan lima beans.

- 1 lb dry baby lima beans rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups onion chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- parsley for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot except parsley.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release for 10 minutes and then open the lid.
