Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural release and then open the lid.
Add corainder leaves on top and serve :)

You can add salt even after charro beans are cooked, If you add before cooking beans would be tougher.
If the beans take so long to cook this is just because beans are old. Check the date before buying.
Acidic Ingredients with beans take longer to cook.
