Pea and Carrot- Same as the corn, a frozen pack of peas and carrots will be a great option to save you from cutting the veggies and it also saves your cooking time.
Rice- I would personally recommend you to use Basmati rice. In this recipe we are using cooked rice, boil the rice in water first before adding it into the recipe.
Soy Sauce- Soy sauce adds a wholesome flavor to your cuisine but check the soy sauce if it is gluten-free or not if you want to make your dish gluten-free.
How to make
Gather necessary ingredients.
First, fry the shrimps in the instant pot.
To fry the shrimps, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the pot.
Add ½ teaspoon of sesame oil into the pot.
Put the pot on saute for 10 minutes.
Now, Add the lb of cleaned shrimps into the pot.
Wait until shrimp becomes red or fried and then remove them from the pot if fried.
Now, add the frozen peas and carrots into the pot.
Now add 2 garlic cloves into the pot.
Add ½ cup of frozen corn into the pot.
Smashed an egg into the pot.
Mix the ingredients well.
Add the fried shrimps into the pot.
Add a cup of cooked rice into the pot and mix the ingredients again.
Add 3 tablespoons of green onions and continue mixing.
Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce into the pot.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the pot.
Add ½ teaspoon of salt to the pot.
