How to make

Gather the necessary ingredients.

Take 1 ¼ cups of quinoa in the instant pot.

Pour 2 cups of water and one tablespoon of salt into the instant pot.

Saute for 5-minutes at high pressure; open the lid and do a quick release.

Take out the boiled quinoa in a separate bowl.

Saute chopped onion and Brussel's sprouts in the instant pot for 7 minutes at high pressure.

Add 2 lb butternut squash to the bowl of quinoa.

Also, add boiled onion and Brussel's sprouts to the bowl.

Add one chopped apple to the bowl.

Pour two tablespoons of lemon juice into it.

Sprinkle ½ tablespoon of paprika on the mixture of the ingredients.

Add one tablespoon of lemon zest to it.

Spread ⅓ cup of parsley on it.

Add ¾ cup of feta.

Stir well, and your recipe is ready to serve.

  • Saute quinoa in water in the instant pot at high pressure for 5 minutes.
