Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 2 green chilies
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 12 black peppercorns
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 black cardamoms
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 lb mutton boneless or lamb
- cilantro for serving
Instructions
- Select "saute" and add oil.
- Add onions, ginger, garlic and green chili to the Instant Pot and saute for 4 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and spices and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Add mutton, stir well and close the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- When cooking time is complete, wait for a natural pressure release (or for at least 20 minutes).
- Open the lid garnish with cilantro and serve 🙂
