Instant Pot Sweet Punjabi Lassi
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp rose water
In a bowl, add yogurt and water. Mix well.
Then, add it in the inner pot of Instant pot and top it with green cardamom powder and sugar.
Close the lid and press the “Manual” button.
Cook for about 10 minutes on HIGH pressure and release the pressure naturally through the steam vent.
Open the lid and stir in rose water. Mix well.
Take out and serve chilled.
