Instant Pot Meatloaf

It’s a simple meatloaf recipe that you can not miss. It’s super quick and the taste is amazing.

Now you can have a meatloaf ready in less than 30 minutes! Serve it with steamed vegetables, rice or mashed potato.

Delicious dinner for the whole family. It may looks complicated but it’s really easy!

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • In a large bowl, mix the beef with the breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion powder, soy sauce and egg. Mix everything with until well combined 
  • Form a loaf and wrap it in aluminum foil, living the top open  
  • Place the wire rack at the bottom of the instant pot and add water. Place meatloaf in the aluminum foil on top of the rack 
  • Close the instant pot, select manual high pressure and cook for 25 minutes
  • During that time make the sauce for the meatloaf
  • Let the pressure go down naturally for 5 minutes
  • Remove the rest of the pressure, and open de lid
  • Remove the meatloaf carefully and add sauce on top
  • Serve Hot


  • Mix all the ingredient together
