Instant Pot Meatloaf

ground beef

cup
breadcrumbs

tablespoon
ketchup

tablespoon
onion powder

teaspoon
soy sauce

egg
beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
¼
cup
ketchup

brown sugar

teaspoon
soy sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the beef with the breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion powder, soy sauce and egg. Mix everything with until well combined
Form a loaf and wrap it in aluminum foil, living the top open
Place the wire rack at the bottom of the instant pot and add water. Place meatloaf in the aluminum foil on top of the rack
Close the instant pot, select manual high pressure and cook for 25 minutes
During that time make the sauce for the meatloaf
Let the pressure go down naturally for 5 minutes
Remove the rest of the pressure, and open de lid
Remove the meatloaf carefully and add sauce on top
Serve Hot
