  • 2 potatoes diced
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 4 sausages
  • 4 bacon strips chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach
