How to make

Get all the ingredients

Take a bowl and add 1 cup of lemon cake mix to it

Add water

Add oil

Add the eggs to the mixture

Mix it well

Pour the mixture into the mold

Place trivet stand in the instant pot and add some water

Now place the cake mold on the trivet stand

Close the lid of instant Pt and cook at high pressure for 25 minutes

Take out the cake from the mold and serve

Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • Sprinkled confectionery sugar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  • Follow the instructions written on the cake mix.
  • Grease the bundt cake pan and add cake mix to the pan.
  • Add water to the instant pot.
  • Place the bundt cake pan on the trivet and trivet in the instant pot.
  • Cover the pan with foil.
  • Close the lid of the instant pot.
  • Set the instant pot to “Manual” at high pressure for 25 minutes, release the pressure quickly through the steam vent.
  • Open the lid of the instant pot and take out the cake.
