Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
  • straberries for serving

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Then while the oven is getting ready, spray the molds with some oil.
  • In a medium bowl, mix all your dry ingredients.
  • Add butter in a mixer and mix for 30 seconds. Then add sugar too and create a fluffy mixture
  • Add eggs to the above mix and beat.
  • In the flour batter, mix sour cream and beat. Also, fold in chocolate chips.
  • Mix both the egg and flour batter and pour it in the molds.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and keep checking the cakes to avoid burning.
  • Meanwhile, use the remaining chocolate chip cookies in a saucepan and cook with butter to prepare a glaze.
  • Spread the glaze over the baked cakes, add strawberries on top and serve.
