How to make

Gather all ingredients

Chop half onion

Take shallots and chop them finely

Put beans to the instant pot and pour chicken stock into it

Add bay leaves

Add some salt

Add thyme to the mixture

Pour some olive oil and add chopped shallots

Mix all the ingredients and saute for 35 minutes at high pressure

Now set the instant pot at saute for 5 min and add olive oil and chopped onions to it

Add garlic powder and the cooked beans to it

Pour the drained stock of beans into the instant pot

Add tahini paste

Add white miso

Put lemon zest in it

Add some lemon juice and blend it in a blender
Now pour the blended mixture again in the instant and cook for 1 to 2 minutes

Take it out in a serving bowl. Instant pot bean soup is ready to eat

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • ½ Onion
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Cup Beans
  • 2 ½ Cups chicken stock
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 2 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon white miso
  • ½ Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Chop half onion and 2 Shallots finely
  • In the instant pot add 1 Cup of beans and pour the chicken stock
  • Put some salt, thyme and olive oil into the mixture
  • Now add finely chopped shallots and saute at high pressure for 35 minutes
  • Set the instant pot to 5 minutes saute and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Add the chopped onions and garlic powder into the pot
  • Add the cooked beans and pour the drained chicken stock. Add tahini paste, white miso, lemon zest, and juice of a half lemon.
  • Blend the whole mix in a blender.
  • Pour the blended mix again into the instant pot and cook for a few minutes
  • Your Instant Pot White bean soup is ready to serve
