Learn how you can prepare a quick white bean soup with an Instant Pot. Just four main ingredients and a few minutes, and the soup is all ready to taste.
In the instant pot add 1 Cup of beans and pour the chicken stock
Put some salt, thyme and olive oil into the mixture
Now add finely chopped shallots and saute at high pressure for 35 minutes
Set the instant pot to 5 minutes saute and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Add the chopped onions and garlic powder into the pot
Add the cooked beans and pour the drained chicken stock. Add tahini paste, white miso, lemon zest, and juice of a half lemon.
Blend the whole mix in a blender.
Pour the blended mix again into the instant pot and cook for a few minutes
Your Instant Pot White bean soup is ready to serve

You can also use vegetable stock in the recipe if you want it to be purely vegan. Also if short of time you can also use the chicken or vegetable stock cubes to make it, instead of spending hours on making the pure homemade stock.
